1. Who We Are

Chadwick Partners is an administrative staffing company located at 13 Washington Square S, New York, NY 10012, USA. We connect qualified US-based individuals with short-term administrative roles related to payment processor onboarding and identity verification compliance.

2. Nature of the Engagement

All individuals engaged through Chadwick Partners are independent contractors, not employees. The engagement is short-term and concludes automatically upon completion of the assigned onboarding cycle. There are no ongoing obligations for either party after completion.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for engagement with Chadwick Partners, you must:

Be a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess a valid government-issued photo identification
Have no active bankruptcies or bank accounts closed/frozen in the past 5 years
Be legally authorized to enter into an independent contractor agreement

4. Scope of Services

Contractors assist Chadwick Partners in completing administrative onboarding forms with third-party payment processors for identity and compliance verification purposes only. Contractors do not open bank accounts, handle funds, make financial decisions, or act as officers or representatives of the company in any capacity.

5. Document Submission & Privacy

All personal identification documents submitted as part of the onboarding process are entered directly into the third-party payment processor's secure encrypted portal. Chadwick Partners does not collect, receive, store, or have access to any personal identification documents at any point. By proceeding, you acknowledge and consent to submitting your information directly to the payment processor in accordance with their own privacy policy.

6. Compensation

Compensation is provided as outlined in the independent contractor agreement signed prior to commencement. Payment is contingent on the successful completion of each agreed checkpoint. Chadwick Partners reserves the right to withhold payment if the contractor fails to complete the agreed services or provides inaccurate information.

7. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information provided during the application process and onboarding is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate termination of the engagement without compensation.

8. No Financial Liability

Contractors bear no financial liability in connection with Chadwick Partners' business operations. The contractor's role is strictly administrative. Any suggestion that the contractor carries financial responsibility for company activities is inaccurate and not supported by the terms of this engagement.

9. Confidentiality

All communications, processes, and terms related to your engagement with Chadwick Partners are confidential and may not be shared with third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, compensation will be paid for any checkpoints completed up to that point, provided the services were performed in good faith and in accordance with these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
